Questions about Reeves Financial Services? You’re in the right place.

Whether you’re already a Reeves Financial Services client, your previous firm has recently joined Reeves, or you’re simply looking for financial advice, you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions below.

My advice firm has joined Reeves. Who will look after me now?

You’ll now be supported by the Reeves Financial Services team. We’ll take the time to get to know you, understand the plans and arrangements you already have in place, and make sure you know who to contact when you need us. If anything changes as part of the move, we’ll explain what it means for you and what, if anything, you need to do.

Do I need to do anything?

We’ll let you know if there’s anything we need from you. You may receive documents to read, sign or confirm as part of the move, but we’ll explain what they’re for and what you need to do. If you’re ever unsure about something you’ve received, just get in touch.

Who will look after me at Reeves Financial Services?

At Reeves Financial Services, you’ll also have a wider team around you who get to know your circumstances and plans, so there’s always someone who can help when you need us.

Who can I contact when I need help?

You don’t need to wait for your adviser if you have a question. Your wider Reeves Financial Services team can help with everything from paperwork and investments to upcoming reviews, or make sure your query reaches the right person.

What protection do I have?

Reeves Financial Services Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Depending on your circumstances and the type of business involved, you may also be eligible for protection through the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.

How can I find out what I’m paying?

The charges that apply to you will be set out in the documents for your service and arrangements. If you’d like us to explain what you’re paying or send the information again, just ask and we’ll talk you through it.

How do I update who I’d like to receive my pension?

If your pension allows you to nominate beneficiaries, we can help you understand how to update your wishes. The process can differ between pension schemes, so contact us and we’ll explain what applies to yours.

How often will I have a review?

If you receive our ongoing service, we’ll review your plans with you at least once a year. But life doesn’t always wait for your next review. If something important changes, get in touch and we can look at whether your plans need to change with it.

How are my investments managed?

You can find a full explanation on our Investment Services page, including how your investment strategy is shaped around you, who oversees your investments and how they’re kept under review.

How is my personal information used?

We take the handling of your personal information seriously. Our Privacy Notice explains what information we collect, why we need it, how we use and retain it, and the rights you have over your information you can find it on the Documents page.

I’m not a client yet. Can Reeves help me with my retirement?

Yes. If you’re looking for help with retirement planning, pensions or investments, Reeves Independent specialises in helping people plan for retirement. You can start with a free financial review to explore where you are now, what you want from retirement and how the team could help.
