Legal Documents

There are a number of legal documents that are especially important to life at Reeves Financial Services; to our clients, our prospects, and anyone visiting our website.

To make it easy to find the information you’re looking for, we’ve brought them all together here in one place. We've also provided you with a quick explanation of what each document contains. We occasionally publish updated versions of these documents and would advise you to visit this page regularly to check if anything relevant has changed.

Privacy Policy

If you’ve ever filled out a form on our site or subscribed to our blog, you know that we've needed to collect at least a little bit of data about you. Our Privacy Policy talks about what we will and what we won't do with this data. And if you are a Reeves customer, it also covers how we handle your customer data. Read our Privacy Policy here.

Terms of Business

It's important that we are clear about what you can expect from us as a client. Our Client Agreement for Investment and Protection Planning sets out the terms under which our services are to be provided, including details of the specific services and a summary of our charges for those services. Read our Client Agreement for Investment and Protection Planning here.

Important information

Pensions are a long term commitment, you may not be able to access your pension funds until the age of 55 (currently), investments can go down as well as up and you might not get back your initial capital. Pension and tax legislation does and can change in the future which could impact your pension.

Please note: The Financial Conduct Authority does not regulate tax planning.

The value of your investment and any income from it could fall or rise, and you may not get back the full amount you invest.

Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. We always recommend you talk to a qualified financial adviser before making any investment decisions.
